According to prevailing news in air, President Donald Trump is considering four potential candidates for the post of Security Adviser of White House.  On Friday, President Trump tweeted that he has four potential candidates for security adviser post. He disclosed the name of General Keith Kellogg only whereas kept 3 others unknown. Whereas, White House official has mentioned the name of General David Petraeus as replacement of Flynn earlier. NBC news reported two others retired military officers, named General James Jones and General Keith Alexander.
According to Reuters, Trump said on Thursday he fired Flynn because he had misled Vice President Mike Pence about conversations he had with the Russian ambassador to the United States about sanctions imposed by President Barack Obama‘s administration before Trump took office. Trump has defended Flynn’s actual contact with the ambassador, saying what he did “wasn’t wrong.”  Trump on Thursday repeated his interest in closer ties with Russian President Vladimir Putin’s government, saying “I would love to be able to get along with Russia “but that “it’s possible I won’t be able to get along with Putin.
